The Royal Sungei Ujong Club Mobile App serves the following purposes:

  • Viewing outstanding balances and monthly statements of account.
  • Order food via QR code.

b) How do I download the App?

You can download the Royal Sungei Ujong Club Mobile App from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

c) Who is eligible to register to log in?

Eligible members include Ordinary members, Honorary members, Absent members, family members and corporate member nominees. Junior members cannot register for login access.

d) How do I log in as a first-time user?

For first-time users, click “Don’t have an account? Create an account.” Enter your membership ID. For the password, click on “New IC” and enter your 4-digit last number. If you encounter login issues, please contact the membership executive at the admin office for assistance at 06-7630104 or email royalsuc@gmail.com. Our office hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday and 8.30 am to 12.30 pm on Saturday. Please allow time for our response. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

e) How do I change my password?

After logging in, click on the menu at the top left. Select “Profile”, then click “Edit”. You can change your password in the provided box and click “Save Changes”.

f) I do not have a registered email with the Club. Can I still view the mobile App?

No, you cannot access the app. To use member features, please contact the membership executive at the admin office for assistance by calling 06-7630104 or emailing royalsuc@gmail.com to update your email address.

g) Can I edit my profile information using the App?

No, updating profile information is not available through the app currently. For profile updates, please contact the membership executive at the admin office for assistance at 06-7630104 or email royalsuc@gmail.com

h) I am an Affiliated Member. Can I view my statement of account?

No, only Ordinary Members have access to view the statement of account.

i) Can I make payments for my monthly statement of account through the mobile app?

Yes, payments can be made via FPX or Credit Card.

J) Can I book sports facilities through the mobile App?

No, bookings can only be done by contacting the reception counter at 06-7630104 or email to royalsuc@gmail.com.
