Royal Sungei Ujong Club Refund Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

All stated Terms & Conditions shall apply to all members, members’ guests, and visitors of the Royal Sungei Ujong Club and RSUC shall be authorised and have the legal right to make any amendments and decisions, deemed suitable. All confirmed payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Policy

  • All rates applicable are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
  • All the outstanding balances that appear in each member’s Statement of Account, including monthly subscriptions, F&B bills, any fees, or any other charges, should be charged to the members accordingly.
  • Members can pay their outstandings partially or fully based on their remaining balances.
  • The Royal Sungei Ujong Club uses the iPay88 Payment Gateway for the processing of online transactions, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
  • Members can make payments through online banking (FPX) only.

Amendments to the Refund Policy:

The Club reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be communicated to members through notice or electronic media. By engaging with the Royal Sungei Ujong Club and using its facilities and services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy.
