4. Program Participation:
Participants in Club programs and activities must follow the instructions of the Club official for safety. The Club reserves the right to cancel or modify programs and activities at its discretion.
5. Payment and Fees:
All fees for membership, events, programs, and services must be paid in full by the specified due date. Non-payment may result in the denial of access to Club facilities and services.

9. Termination under the Club Constitution and Bye-Law
The Club reserves the right to bring up any indiscipline matters with the DB Board for further action including termination.

The Club may update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes through official communication channels.

These terms and conditions are governed by the Club Constitution and Bye-Law.
